As a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, having a background in automotive parts is preferred, but not mandatory. • Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers
• Assist team members and answer customer questions using your parts knowledge
• Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with management and technicians
• Maintain a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
• Ask questions to ensure correct parts are identified and sourced
• Inform customers about parts availability

• Enjoy helping fleet customers with parts and service needs
• Have experience in automotive or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks
• Want to grow your parts experience within a team of professionals
• Seek a career with growth opportunities

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses are a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers
• Ability to work in an environment related to airports or shops

• Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with airport ground support equipment
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, or inventory systems
• Customer-centric attitude
• ASE Certifications (a plus but not required)
