This role exists to keep our shop organized, efficient, and ready so installers can focus on high-quality work in customers’ homes. This is an entry-level position for someone with basic tool experience who wants to grow into a skilled installer over time.

• The shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Tools and materials are prepared and easy to locate
• Installers start jobs on time and with what they need
• Safety standards are followed consistently
• Support is proactive and dependable
• Steady progress is made toward learning installation skills

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for jobs
• Stock supplies and assist with basic shop maintenance
• Load and unload materials and assist with deliveries
• Support installers on job sites when needed
• Use tools safely and follow shop procedures

• Basic experience using hand and power tools
• General understanding of shop safety
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean criminal background check
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop

$19.00 per hour
