This role exists to deliver consistently high-quality kitchen installations with precision, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a hands‑on role for someone who already knows the craft and takes pride in getting it right the first time.

• Proven experience as a cabinet installer, trim carpenter, or cabinet technician
• Strong ability to drill for hinges and complete cabinet installations independently
• Experience installing moldings and trim with clean, finished results
• Comfort working efficiently without sacrificing craftsmanship
• Ability to interact with customers in a calm, professional manner
• Personal pride in workmanship and accountability for final results

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Physically capable of performing residential installation work
• Ability to work in Knoxville and surrounding communities
