Sprinkler Service​/Inspection Lead Technician

The Role:

We’re looking for a Lead Sprinkler Technician/Inspector who’s ready to bring their expertise to the front lines of fire safety. You’ll be responsible for inspecting and testing sprinkler systems to ensure full compliance with local, state, and national fire codes. Your work helps keep people safe—and there’s nothing more meaningful than that.

• Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems per NFPA 25
  , local codes, and company standards.
• Accurately document inspection findings and generate detailed reports.
• Identify deficiencies and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Communicate with customers to explain system conditions and ensure understanding.
• Work closely with service and repair teams to schedule follow-up work.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicle in excellent condition.
• Be a brand ambassador—professional, reliable, and committed to excellence.

• 2+ years of experience inspecting fire sprinkler systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA 25 and related fire protection codes and standards.
• State certification or NICET Level II (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using inspection software and mobile devices.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
