Rogers Group is currently hiring an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician for East Tennessee. The technician will perform mobile equipment repairs at multiple work sites, diagnose and inspect equipment, suggest improvements, and assist with various duties as needed. Wages depend on experience.
Responsibilities- Uncompromised focus on safety excellence.
- Operate and maintain a service truck and all associated tools.
- Perform maintenance tasks as required.
- Accurately diagnose problems in a timely manner.
- Order parts.
- Track multiple ongoing repairs.
- Conduct general and mechanical inspections.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
- Problem‑solving mindset, understanding how to repair and prevent or prolong equipment life.
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required.
- Mechanical aptitude or ability to diagnose and perform basic plant repairs as needed.
- Ability to read and comprehend equipment maintenance manuals.
- Ability to operate a man lift, telehandler, or skid steer.
- Experience in welding and cutting preferred.
