Pay: $25 – $30 / hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dependable Part-Time Office Manager / Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and office support for senior leadership. This role will focus on executive assistance, office coordination, and basic operational tasks.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to 5–6 senior executives
- Coordinate office upkeep, including stocking snacks, refreshments, and maintaining common areas
- Prepare conference rooms for executive meetings
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Process expense reports using Concur
- Assist with limited travel coordination as needed using company-approved platforms
- Support general office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
- 1+ year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Senior Administrative professional
- Prior experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Hands-on experience with expense reporting (Concur required)
- Proficiency in Outlook; familiarity with online travel booking tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
