We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our attorneys in a fast-paced, professional office. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys managing systems and deadlines, and is comfortable using technology to keep everything running smoothly. The position requires in-person work 5-days per week.

Key Responsibilities- Draft, proofread, format and edit correspondence, pleadings, filings and other legal documents.
- File and organize documents electronically and in-person.
- Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, hearings, attorney tasks, client meetings, and travel.
- Oversee administrative projects ensuring follow up and completion.
- Maintain client files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with billing, time entry, and expense reporting.
- Coordinate document preparation, including engagement agreements and exhibit preparation and organization.
- Manage office administration and internal tasks, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
- Identify and propose ways to improve office operations, and implement once approved.
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant required.
- Law firm experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Docu Sign required.
- Experience with legal practice management software preferred.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify urgent tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience in posting marketing content and social media a plus.
How Success Looks in this Position: After 90-days, you will:
- Confidently manage calendars, documents, and workflows with minimal supervision;
- Anticipate the needs of our attorneys and proactively handle administrative tasks; and,
- Be a reliable point of support that our attorneys trust to deliver on time and as requested.
- Salary $55,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience.
