Relocation Operations Training Specialist
The Relocation Operations Training Specialist has complete ownership for designing, developing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs, communications, operational documentation, and change management initiatives that support Sirva operations and strategic client accounts. The role serves as a key liaison between Account Management, Operations, Learning & Development, and client stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, adoption of new processes, and consistent execution across global teams.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail, project management capability, strong business communication skills, and the ability to create high-quality training materials, presentations, and operational documentation that meet internal and client-specific standards.

Training Delivery and Enablement
- Develop, coordinate, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for consultants, CXO teams, and operational stakeholders.
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning solutions.
- Measure training effectiveness through surveys, participant feedback, and operational performance trends.
- Maintain training calendars and ensure timely delivery of required learning programs.

Learning Content, Communications & Client Collateral
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials, process documentation, job aids, operational guides, presentations, and client-facing collateral.
- Ensure all materials meet client branding, formatting, language, and quality standards.
- Perform comprehensive quality reviews to verify accuracy, consistency, completeness, and alignment across documents.
- Produce client-ready presentations and communications requiring minimal editing or rework.

Project Support
- Support operational and client-driven initiatives from planning through implementation and post-launch adoption.
- Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, timelines, communications, and training activities for new process rollouts.
- Facilitate lessons learned reviews and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Process Improvement & Technology Enablement
- Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness, operational consistency, and employee productivity.
- Leverage emerging technologies, AI tools, learning platforms, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and learner engagement.
- Monitor training metrics and operational feedback to recommend process improvements.
- Support governance activities related to training documentation and change implementation.
Qualifications and preferred skills (Qualifications, Skills, Education or Certification Requirements, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated ability to deliver highly accurate, polished, and professional work products.
- Strong organizational skills and project coordination with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to anticipate dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts of operational changes.
- High level of accountability and ownership for deliverables.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop and deliver high-quality client-facing communications, training materials, and presentations.
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, Microsoft Copilot, learning technologies, and digital content platforms.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting large, complex client accounts.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Relocation Operations strongly preferred
- Both US Domestic and Global Operations experienced preferred
- Experience with project implementation and operational change management.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
