Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

We’re seeking a dynamic Assistant Project Manager to support project leadership on office build-outs, tenant improvements, renovations, and other interiors-focused projects for a well-established interiors contractor with a long history of quality and client satisfaction.

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams to help ensure successful project delivery throughout the construction lifecycle. You’ll contribute to planning, coordination, communication, and documentation while gaining valuable hands‑on experience in interior construction project management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Support coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Help prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change notices, and shop drawings.
- Attend jobsite meetings and assist with meeting minutes and progress reporting.
- Support procurement activities and help manage material deliveries.
- Assist with project close-out activities, punch list coordination, and turnover documentation.
- Maintain positive communication with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
