Graphic Designer
Position SummaryWe are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, internal teams, and product teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that support our brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and produce a wide variety of marketing materials, including promotional banners, digital ads, print collateral, presentations, event graphics, and social media content.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions that align with brand guidelines.
- Provide creative and production support for major company events, including STX (Supplier Training Expo) and Fantastic Voyage (Cruise).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity across all channels.
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in the automotive or aftermarket industry is a plus.
- Motion graphics and video editing experience.
- Familiarity with web design and UX/UI principles.
- Photography and photo editing skills.
