Project Executive - AEC

Role Overview

Senior AEC Business Leadership – a senior delivery leader accountable for major design and construction projects or programs within BW Design Group. The role leads cross‑functional teams, aligns business strategy with project execution, and drives client relationships and commercial performance.

• Act as the primary business leader for design‑build, engineer‑procure‑construct, and design‑bid‑build delivery models.
• Communicate firm strategy to teams and align projects with commercial goals.
• Shape client engagement strategy and drive multi‑year account growth.
• Lead pursuit and capture activities, develop project scope, pricing, schedule, and contract terms.
• Recruit and organize project teams, ensuring alignment on success conditions.
• Oversee project delivery, including design, procurement, quality, safety, risk and financial controls.
• Maintain relationships with trade, OEM, and subconsultant partners to support client delivery.

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in major design and/or construction projects.
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Semiconductor, Advanced Manufacturing, or related markets.
• Strong understanding of risk allocation, contract terms, and insurance risk transfer for MAE, IDB, or EPC.
• Proficient with digital delivery tools (BIM/VDC, scheduling, estimating, financial management).
• Track record of building and developing high‑performance teams.
• Ability to serve as director or partner in a professional service entity.
• Professional licensure (P.E., R.A., or construction qualifier) desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred.
• Frequent travel for client meetings, projects, and industry events.

Pay range: $200,000 – $250,000. Final compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
