As a Project Engineer, you’ll work closely with project teams to support planning, coordination, communication, and field execution from preconstruction through closeout.
Key responsibilities include:- Assist in project setup, document control, and organization of project information.
- Support Project Managers in contract administration and procurement activities.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Review and process design documents, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and owners to maintain project schedules, quality, and compliance.
- Track and process Requests for Information (RFIs), change events, and site documentation.
- Manage project closeout and punch list activities.
- Promote safety and adhere to applicable safety standards and best practices.
- Travel to project sites — extended travel up to ~40% is expected to support project coordination.
