Senior Process Engineer will join the Architecture/Engineering Process Practice, working closely with clients to solve complex industrial problems. The position involves managing design‑build projects from proposal to start‑up, ensuring high‑quality solutions on schedule and within budget.

• Support capital projects and implement process solutions both individually and in teams.
• Design and implement integrated process projects, including equipment selection, installation specifications, vendor and contractor management, electrical/control/instrumentation integration, construction management, and start‑up support.
• Manage all aspects of integrated design‑build projects ranging from $2MM to $10MM.
• Lead client development and project execution: proposal development, presentations, project team leadership, budgeting, forecasting, equipment procurement, schedule management, engineering, and on‑site installation support.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through day‑to‑day technical expertise.

• Minimum 7years of industrial project engineering experience with process and automation applications.
• Experience in food, dairy, beverage/brewery, or personal care industries preferred.
• Working knowledge of process flow diagrams, piping & instrument diagrams, mass & heat balances, basic piping design, pump sizing, material handling, equipment specifications, and instrumentation/control principles.
• Practical understanding of sanitary design, construction methods, and process electrical/control/instrumentation integration.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness and ability to travel for project installation, start‑up activities, client meetings, trainings, industry seminars, forums, or conventions.
• B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred; other engineering degrees considered based on experience.

The approximate pay range is $120K – $160K. Final compensation may vary based on factors including background, skills, and geographic location.
