Com Ed is seeking an experienced cost estimator to develop detailed Phase 1–3 project cost estimates for substations, transmission, distribution and gas projects. You will perform field walk-downs, develop WBS-based estimates, and provide analytical support to refine estimating methods and budgets.
The role requires understanding of engineering drawings, cost components, and project controls; you will interact with project managers and senior staff to challenge estimates and ensure accuracy.
