Job DescriptionResponsible for responding to customer questions utilizing fact finding, information searching & gathering, pricing sheets, product knowledge and resolving task-related issues. Must use verification to ensure accuracy of information, perform data entry skills, and route complexity issues. Computer knowledge and accuracy are stressed. Able to recognize insufficient information to ensure resolving meets customer satisfaction.
The Manager will pay attention to detail, oversee a managerial position previously held, exhibit excellent verbal communication skills, ease with transitioning to one task to another, background in manufacturing; call center experience is helpful.
QualificationsA Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Manufacturing experience is helpful, not required. A background in logistics or dispatching with a proven record of employment verification will suffice.
Microsoft Office Suite 2016 or later is also preferred.
