We are a to be converted a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise migration initiative involving the transition from Power Plan to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM
. This role is focused on driving project execution, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, and delivery governance rather than hands-on technical development or data conversion activities.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing complex IT and ERP transformation projects, preferably within the utility or financial services industry
. This individual must be capable of operating independently, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery using Agile project management methodologies
.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a major ERP migration project from Power Plan to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM.
• Develop and maintain project plans
  , schedules
  , budgets
  , resource plans
  , and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, finance, IT, and vendor organizations.
• Drive project governance activities
  , status reporting
  , risk management
  , and issue resolution.
• Facilitate communication between executive leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project budgets

  , and financial reporting

  , and mitigation strategies

• Lead project meetings
  , steering committee updates
  , and stakeholder reviews.
• Ensure adherence to utility industry project standards

• Collaborate with technical and data migration teams while maintaining primary focus on overall project delivery and business outcomes.

• PMP Certification (Required).
• Minimum 4–5 years of Project Management experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.
• Proven experience managing ERP implementation or migration projects

• Experience working with Oracle ERP and/or Oracle EPM environments
  .
• Strong understanding of enterprise system migrations and transformation projects
  .
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Strong budgeting
  , forecasting, and financial project management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a senior-level role
  .

• Experience with Power Plan to Oracle migration projects
  .
• Utility industry experience strongly preferred.
• Financial systems, accounting, fixed asset management, or financial transformation experience.
• Experience managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
• Background in large enterprise technology modernization programs.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Project Manager who understands the business and project management aspects of large ERP migrations. While familiarity with Oracle terminology and system capabilities is important, this role is not focused on technical data extraction, development, or configuration work
. Instead, success will come from effectively managing scope, schedule, budget, stakeholders, and project execution throughout a complex enterprise transformation effort.
