Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

We are a well‑established interiors contractor with a long history of quality and client satisfaction. We seek a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support project leadership on office build‑outs, tenant improvements, renovations, and other interior‑focused projects.

$80,000 – $110,000 per year.

• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Support coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Help prepare and track submittals, RFIs, change notices, and shop drawings.
• Attend job‑site meetings and assist with meeting minutes and progress reporting.
• Support procurement activities and help manage material deliveries.
• Assist with project close‑out activities, punch list coordination, and turnover documentation.
• Maintain positive communication with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams.
