REI Co-op in Oakbrook Terrace seeks a Shop Service Manager to direct the shop team and drive the shop program. You will guide teams from the front, delivering best-in-class customer experiences and meeting service goals.
You’ll build production, facilities, and workforce management while liaising with members, store teams, REI HQ, and manufacturers. Bring 3+ years of retail leadership, 2–4 years in bike/ski shop settings, and a proven ability to train, coach and develop teams.
