The Field Operations Supervisor role oversees all warranty and repair work in their designated market, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction after project completion, especially in response to problems. This position serves as an operational liaison between subcontractor crews, production teams, and service/warranty operations in the field.
Role Description and Expectations
- Maintain relationships with subcontractor crews across all trades offered by the company (roofing, gutters, siding, windows).
- Monitor/inspect crew performance, quality, reliability, and professionalism on a weekly basis
- Oversee the assigned warranty and repair work performed after the project
- Assign appropriate crews for warranty and repair
- Ensure warranty work is completed quickly, correctly, and
- Act as the point of contact for internal teams regarding service and warranty
- Track and report warranty and repair trends to identify quality or installation issues
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction related to post-install service
- Ensure proper documentation, photos, and completion of reports are collected for all service work.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in roofing, construction, or field operations management
- 1-2 years of experience managing subcontractors and labor pricing
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and scheduling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple crews and service projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the market
