Job Responsibilities- Conducting proactive outreach to both potential and established clients through targeted sales calls.
- Utilizing effective prospecting techniques to generate leads, employing a strategic approach including extensive cold-calling to cultivate a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Overseeing client accounts on a daily basis with a focus on nurturing and preserving existing relationships.
- Providing competitive quotes to both current and prospective clients, ensuring alignment with company standards and practices.
- Engaging in adept negotiations regarding pricing and services with customers and carriers, adhering closely to established guidelines.
- Fostering enduring relationships with clients and prospects, maintaining a strong rapport built on trust and reliability.
- Cultivating and nurturing new sales leads with precision and care, securing valuable business opportunities for the company.
- Exercising diligent oversight of shipments until the finalization of payments, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
