• Set up and run in-store marketing campaigns
• Talk with customers about current products and promotions
• Represent client brands with professionalism and energy
• Learn and apply sales strategies to hit daily and weekly goals
• Collaborate with a team to deliver results and improve performance
• Build confidence in public speaking and leadership

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Communicate with customers in a retail setting to understand their needs and how to find a solution
• High‑school Degree or similar
• Sales experience helpful but not required
