Perform preventive maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other systems in the hotel;
Conduct preventive maintenance in guest rooms, common spaces, and on equipment such as refrigerators and ice machines;
Handle minor carpentry, painting, and furniture repairs;
Respond to emergencies like fire alarms and power outages ensuring guest safety;
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean, safe work areas with proper tool and hazardous material storage
