Position Highlights- Shifts for the day position are scheduled from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
- Part-time positions are 7+ day shifts per month.
- Full-time:
Enjoy a consistent 7-on, 7-off schedule, offering built-in time to recharge. - Day rounding includes Rapid Response and Code Blues.
- Night coverage is provided.
- Full-time comp. is up to $364k base if working 182 shifts per year.
- Part-time comp is $168k+ depending on the number of shifts worked.
- Quality bonus and productivity bonus eligibility are in addition to base compensation.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- 401k with matching contributions.
- Paid malpractice, including tail coverage.
- Board certified/eligible in internal medicine or family medicine with inpatient experience.
- Procedural skills are preferred, but at a minimum.

The Stanislaus River and the Sierra Nevada foothills are close by. Also, this area is considered the gateway to Yosemite National Park, Dodge Ski Resort, and Stanislaus National Forest.
