Let’s talk about the role

The CNC Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring Swiss CNC machines to manufacture precision titanium jewelry components. We are looking for a detail orientated person who can set up, run and inspect micro-precision parts with high quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate CNC screw machines to produce titanium jewelry components according to specifications.

Load raw titanium material into machines and ensure proper setup for production runs.

Monitor machine operation to ensure efficient performance and consistent product quality.

Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).Make minor offsets and adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy.

Qualifications High school diploma or GED required.
1–3 years’ experience operating CNC machines preferred.

Experience working with titanium or precision metal components is preferred.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.

Basic knowledge of CNC machining concepts and tooling.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
