• At least 3 years of detailed clerical customer service and record‑keeping experience (not retail)

• Curious and willing to understand prospects’ needs to market appropriate products and services
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (required)

• Meet customers to share insurance products and services
• Close customers on recommended products
• Document all conversations and take necessary actions to move the process forward
• Drive new business to the agency
• Set and confirm appointments with customers
• Handle payments
• Identify opportunities to serve customers and ensure they have the right products for their circumstances
• Deal with a wide variety of people daily

$40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (base salary plus commission)
