Warehouse Clerk

Job Description

Pay: $28/hour

4-month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.

Mon–Fri. Multiple shifts available.

• Supports inbound and outbound warehouse operations by organizing daily activities and maintaining smooth carrier communication.
• Analyzes and evaluates production schedule to create new inbound deliveries for finished goods.
• Monitors updated inventories for order loading opportunities.
• Creates and prints loading and shipping documents.
• Maintains continuous communication with the hostler to ensure safe, efficient, and well‑coordinated yard operations.
• Reconciles inbound delivery packets by collecting and verifying unused handling units and resolves issues with missed scans.
• Coordinates with inventory control specialists or warehouse supervisors to fix inventory issues.
• Schedules pick‑up appointments and follows up on late or no‑show appointments.
• Communicates and follows up on issues with deployers, transportation planners, quality, and production.
• Monitors shipping supply stock.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). SAP preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
