Behavior Interventionist
Works collaboratively to provide targeted behavioral support and intervention for students with identified behavioral needs.
High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or higher is desirable. Previous experience working with children is desirable. Experience working with students with behavioral challenges in an educational setting, ideally within special education is desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build supportive relationships with students. Patience, compassion, consistency, and adaptability to meet students' behavioral needs. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain confidentiality. Ability to learn and implement behavior intervention techniques.
