We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate full-time, 100% in-office, administrative team member to join our growing team. We are a perception defying CPA firm dedicated to excellent client service with tax, consulting, CFO and accounting work. Ideal candidate must exhibit exceptional client service and professionalism in all interaction and communication, high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive information, as well as general administrative support.

- First Impressions Leader - setting the tone of clients experience whether they are in the office or calling in
- Editing, formatting, and production of tax return assembly
- Assist Office Manager in preparation of client and firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, reports and spreadsheets
- Working an average 45 hours per week during tax season
- Direct client correspondence and interaction
- Basic accounting duties - preparing deposits, processing payments, preparing & submitting tax forms and maintaining financial databases and spreadsheets
- Administrative duties - billing/invoicing, answer phones, greet customers, make appointments, file and mail paperwork, perform data entry, scan documents, ordering of office supplies, receive and sort mail
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed and other special projects as assigned
- Minimum of 1 year of experience providing administrative support, CPA firm or law firm experience strongly preferred
- Associate Degree minimum
- Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy in concurrent projects
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent word processing and document editing skills (using Word, Excel and Adobe)
- Excellent follow through with willingness to do what it takes to complete a task
- Demonstrate superior client service skills, team player, and work well independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasant, professional demeanor and excellent phone skills
- Salaried position - $40,000-$55.000 dependent on experience
- Health, vision, dental, life, STD and LTD all fully paid by firm
- Generous PTO policy including flexible hour, half day Fridays during summer, Vacation and Sick Leave
