We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Legal Assistant to support multiple attorneys in our municipal, real estate & corporate practice groups. This position is in-person at our office located in Hudson, WI. We are seeking a full-time or part‑time, to meet candidate availability.
What You’ll Do– Essential Duties & Responsibilities
This position will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Open and close client files in accordance with firm procedures
- Maintain and manage attorney and paralegal calendars
- Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and appointments
- Assist with document preparation, organization, and filing
- Provide administrative support for matters involving:
- Business law
- Commercial real estate
- Municipal law
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties
- Maintain accurate records within the firm’s case management systems
– Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience in a legal or professional office setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
Compensation is based on experience, ($25.00‑$30.00 per hour)
