Position DetailsThis is a full-time, onsite Project Manager I position located in Oakdale, MN, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m.
Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 per year.
The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Market conditions, budgetary considerations, and organizational compensation guidelines may also influence the final offer.
SummaryThe Project Manager I at Pace Life Sciences, Inc. is responsible for the successful execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams (laboratory, sales, client services) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and communication logs.
- Prepare and present project status updates and reports to clients and internal management.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and change requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure projects adhere to company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate project closure activities, including final reporting and client feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline, business administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a laboratory, environmental, or consulting setting.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of laboratory processes and environmental regulations is a plus.
