Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Supplier Risk Management (SRM) Operations & Reporting Support professional to support day-to-day supplier risk operations, reporting, and compliance activities. This role is responsible for administering supplier risk assessments, monitoring scorecards and remediation activities, maintaining accurate reporting, and supporting stakeholders across procurement and risk management functions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working with operational reporting and cross-functional teams.

Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extensions
Pay range: $20 to $27 per hour on W2 (As per experience)
Responsibilities- Monitor Supplier Risk Management activities, including supplier risk assessments, scorecards, and issue management.
- Review supplier risk assessment submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders to ensure timely assessment completion.
- Track overdue assessments, scorecards, remediation activities, and issue resolution tasks.
- Escalate unresolved issues, risks, and process exceptions when appropriate.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret supplier risk data from enterprise systems and reporting platforms.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to supplier risk performance, compliance, and operational metrics.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to organize, analyze, and present data.
- Maintain reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Support reporting requests from Procurement, Risk Management, and business stakeholders.
- Manage incoming requests through shared mailboxes, ticketing systems, and collaboration channels.
- Triage inquiries and route requests to appropriate stakeholders.
- Track open issues and remediation activities to ensure timely resolution. Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain operational procedures, documentation, and reporting records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Assist in process standardization and adoption of operational best practices.
- Recommend opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and process effectiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Procurement, Supplier Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Reporting, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filtering, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint).
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
