This role is responsible for monitoring supplier risk activities, managing reporting and operational processes, supporting stakeholder inquiries, and helping ensure compliance with established supplier risk management procedures.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, reporting tools, and cross-functional stakeholders. Job Description
As a PUR Sourcing Associate, you will support daily Supplier Risk Management operations and help ensure the effective execution of supplier risk processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track Supplier Risk Management activities, including supplier risk assessments, scorecards, remediation efforts, and issue management processes.
- Review supplier risk assessment submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
- Coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assessments and remediation activities.
- Monitor overdue assessments, scorecards, corrective actions, and issue resolution activities, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Extract, analyze, and interpret supplier risk data from enterprise systems and reporting platforms.
- Generate recurring and ad hoc reports related to supplier risk performance, compliance metrics, and operational effectiveness.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to organize, analyze, and present risk-related information.
- Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy across multiple systems and reporting channels.
- Support reporting requests from procurement teams, risk management stakeholders, and business partners.
- Manage incoming requests through shared mailboxes, ticketing systems, and communication platforms.
- Triage inquiries and route requests to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
- Track open issues, remediation activities, and risk mitigation efforts to support timely completion.
- Prepare risk summaries, presentations, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain operational procedures, process documentation, and reporting records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, process standardization efforts, and implementation of new tools and technologies.
- Recommend enhancements to reporting processes, operational workflows, and overall process effectiveness.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Procurement, Supplier Risk Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Compliance, Reporting, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
Pivot tables, Lookup functions, Formulas and data manipulation, Data analysis and reporting - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, Power Point - Experience working with data, reporting, and operational business processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with SharePoint, Power BI, ERP systems, reporting platforms, or similar business tools.
- Experience supporting global teams and stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
- Understanding of supplier lifecycle management processes.
- Familiarity with supplier risk assessments, risk monitoring, and compliance programs.
- Experience creating dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of procurement operations, supplier governance, or risk management best practices.
