Part-Time Guest Experience & Safety Crew Member

Position Overview

Circus Trix, LLC dba Sky Zone employs part‑time crew members who gain experience across multiple departments and develop essential workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and communication.

Available part‑time positions include Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, and Membership Sales.

All crew members work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues, providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operating hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous high‑volume, customer‑facing experience preferred but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods of time.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guests, park, and safety needs.
• Lifting and/or moving a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Frequent communication and interaction with employees and customers in a busy, often loud indoor environment.

Compensation ranges from $14 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
