DLI is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Minnesota to professionally represent our company to customers and help them find the product or service they need. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with accuracy and courtesy.
The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with benefits including health, vision, life insurance and a 401(k).
