H Customer Service Representative

• Pay or shift range: $19.23 USD to $24.03 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

As a Customer Service Representative, you would be responsible for professionally representing DLI to our customers with knowledge and skills to provide them the product or service they need.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Professionally and accurately provide support to our customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or emails.
• Work with management to resolve complaints concerning freight, deliveries, etc.
• Work with cross-functional teams to track orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide clerical support including overseeing paperwork associated with claims, payroll, driver BOLS, and maintaining corresponding files.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
