• Deliver high‑quality clinical care while ensuring patient comfort, education, and long‑term wellness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
• Promote a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both patients and team members.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of California.
• Preferably 3‑4 years of clinical experience, though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and dedicated to both productivity and quality patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
