Job Title: JR067 Millwork Drafting Submittals Manager

Location: Oakdale, PA, United States

• Own the submittal process from scope release through client approval.
• Plan and assign drafting work across internal team and external partners.
• Review drawings for buildability, clarity, and completeness.
• Ensure drawings reflect scope and avoid unnecessary complexity.
• Translate inconsistent architectural inputs into consistent outputs.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on submittal schedules.
• Identify ambiguities or incomplete information and drive resolution.
• Develop and apply preferred build methods to common conditions.
• Step in as a drafting/design resource when needed.

• Strong experience in architectural millwork, casework, or custom fabrication.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications with clarity.
• Advanced AutoCAD (or similar) proficiency.
• Ability to develop practical, buildable solutions and not just replicate drawings.
• Self‑driven mindset with the ability to make decisions and move work forward.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, variable environment that requires adaptability.
• Experience with Innergy preferred.
• Experience working with outsourced drafting resources preferred.
• Design‑build or high‑variability project experience preferred.

Remote‑capable for the right candidate; local or hybrid preferred for collaboration.

Craftworks USA is a subsidiary of Rycon Construction, Inc., with a 52,000 sq. ft. facility located just outside Pittsburgh, PA. The company designs, budgets, fabricates, ships, and installs a variety of woodwork and custom features, employing state‑of‑the‑art woodworking tools and software to ensure precision and speed.
