Cadence Education seeks an Assistant Montessori Teacher to support our Montessori classrooms for infants, toddlers, preschool, and kindergarten‑aged children (birth through 6 years old). The role works full‑time alongside trained Montessori teachers, providing a supportive learning environment.

• Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained Montessori teachers and work with a team of teachers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment in accordance with Montessori philosophy.
• Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed.
• Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding the health and care of students.

• Minimum required: CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Development).
