Senior Engineering Project Manager - Structural

Bolton & Menk, a top regional consulting engineering firm in the Midwest, is looking to add a Senior Structural Engineering Project Manager to our team. With over 75 years of experience, Bolton & Menk specializes in providing community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond.

• Cultivate new client relationships in dynamic markets for architectural projects to position for growth of our business in the metro market.
• Utilize your expertise in project management and project design, including replacement and preservation design.
• Work with contractors and owners to develop innovative approaches to construction staging.
• Lead junior staff and promote the growth of their technical skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of progressive experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota.
• Experience managing and mentoring staff.
• Experience with project management, proposal development, and business development.

• MS in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in bridge design and plan preparation.
• Registered Structural Engineer (S.E.).
• Knowledge and experience with AASHTO manuals LRFD Design Standards.
• Working knowledge of Micro Station and/or Civil 3D software packages.
• Experience with finite element analysis.
• Proficiency in common bridge engineering software (RCPier, Conspan, Math Cad, Staad, etc.).
• Bridge inspection training and load rating experience.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000 depending on years of experience and credentials.
