A leading wealth management organization is seeking a Client Services Representative to join the team. This role serves as a key partner to financial advisors, helping resolve client issues, coordinate account activity, and provide high-touch service in a regulated financial environment. Ideal for someone who enjoys relationship management and problem solving in a professional, consultative setting.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and accurately to financial advisor inquiries to ensure they can serve their clients effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges, including account setup, transaction processing, and service requests, by leveraging internal resources and collaborating with team members.
- Conduct research to address complex or escalated issues and deliver clear, actionable solutions.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance the advisor experience.
- Maintain working knowledge of company systems, processes, and financial products to provide well-rounded support.
- Support adherence to regulatory requirements and operational standards.
- Assist in resolving compliance-related inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services, client support, or a similarly regulated environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
