Home Health Occupational Therapist (Oakdale, Minnesota)

Accent Care is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a full‑time position in Oakdale, Minnesota. The role involves 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours per week, ongoing. This is a staff employment position.

Salary: $87,000 - $110,000 per year (per‑point basis; estimate).

As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will provide rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, applying rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury, and ensuring quality care in a home health, medical‑surgical, or rehabilitation center environment.

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurologic injury.
• Experience with home health, medical‑surgical, or rehabilitation center environments.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent with license or certificate in the state providing services.
• At least two years of experience working independently under minimal supervision.
• Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
