Driver - On Call

• Transport law enforcement vehicles (patrol cars, specialty units) to and from departments and locations
• Travel both in-state and out-of-state as needed - Minnesota & surrounding states
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections (with photos) before and after transport
• Secure all equipment—
  lights, sirens, radios, consoles, cages
  —before moving vehicles
• Ensure vehicles arrive clean, undamaged, and ready for service
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with internal teams and vendors
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company policies

• You’re not hauling freight—you’re delivering mission-critical vehicles
• Every unit you move is going to someone who depends on it
• You’ll work independently but still be part of a tight, purpose-driven team

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a variety of law enforcement vehicles
• Strong attention to detail—you notice what others miss
• Reliable and self-motivated—you get the job done without being chased
• Ability to travel and respond to assignments within 48 hours
• Professional and respectful—especially when working with law enforcement agencies

Compensation: The expected starting wage for this role is $20-21.00 per hour, with final wage depending on qualifications.

ADA Requirements:

• Bend, squat, climb, grasp, twist, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods.
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs frequently, or more occasionally.
• Walk, stand, or otherwise move about continuously.
• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection.
• Frequent travel
