Job Description

Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 am – 1:30 pm
Hours per Week: 12 hour

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to qualify for this position. You will be responsible for cleaning two apartment buildings located less than 10 minutes apart
.

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms (including toilets and sinks)
• Maintain community rooms and common areas
• Empty and replace trash cans
• Vacuum carpets and mop floors

• Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable driving in winter conditions
• THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety
