Aftermath Services is currently hiring a Field Supervisor for our Oakdale, MN (St. Paul area) shop. Job time hourly rate: $30 - $36. Driver’s license and a clean driving history required. Structured interview process, but we can move quickly to get you hired!

We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates – Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of $15.57 per hour.
HoursFlexible – No set hours. This role does not follow a traditional 9:00‑5:00 schedule. Instead, work hours are based on real‑time service needs, which means:
- You may be scheduled at varying times throughout the week.
- Start and end times can shift depending on service calls and needs.
- Some days may be busier than others; flexibility is essential.
- You’ll be part of a responsive team that adapts to customer demand.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with a dynamic schedule and thrive in environments where no two days look the same.

This role involves exposure to biohazardous materials including blood, bodily fluids, and traumatic scene materials. Candidates should be comfortable working in environments that may be emotionally and physically challenging.
We are currently searching for an Field Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries is a plus, it is not required. Aftermath Services provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Actively assist our team in various bioremediation to provide our clients an exceptional level of service.
- Supervise the successful completion of jobs that you participate in. This role does not have direct reports, but serves in a supervisory capacity with regards to the project as a whole.
- Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
- Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client’s needs, and obtaining sign‑off to initiate work.
- Lead on‑site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high‑quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
- Onsite supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects.
- Must be able to respond to dispatch office within one hour of receiving a call.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Occasional overnight travel, with accommodations provided by the company.
- Capable of handling a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
- Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. Preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
