Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic. Must have P&L experience managing the entire operation, including human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling, and collections. As a Branch Manager, you can grow your career in many directions, such as Regional Manager or Leader.
Responsibilities- Full P&L responsibility for the branch.
- Manage processes and compliance: operations, finance, credit & collections, HR, health & safety, procurement, and sales & marketing.
- Lead and develop local operations teams, focusing on low costs and high efficiency while maintaining safety.
- Model leadership, connect with your team, and multiply talent.
- Achieve operational goals and metrics.
- Provide on‑the‑job training through self‑learning or by others.
- Perform any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
- 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience, preferably in construction/installation/trades.
- Full P&L experience.
- Bi‑lingual English/Spanish preferred.
Type of travel required: regional. Amount of travel required: less than 50%.
Physical RequirementsThis role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. It also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.
