Press Operator – Oakdale, MN
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
Schedule: 12 hour shift

Requirements- Experience with corrugated flexographic printing, Mylar balloon flexographic printing, or other web press operations preferred
- Mechanically inclined candidates with experience in construction, mechanical maintenance, machinery repair, automotive mechanics, machining, or similar trades encouraged to apply
- Strong and stable work history
- Good computer skills and ability to learn production systems
- Ability to accurately read a ruler to 1/32 inch
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Willingness to train on 1st shift before transitioning to a 12‑hour production schedule
- Set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing equipment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Read measuring devices and verify product dimensions accurately
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs
- Load materials and assist with production changeovers
- Complete production documentation and operate computerized systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality standards
- Perform additional production duties as assigned

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
