• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment.
• Package rolls of plastic film according to customer specifications.
• Inspect products for splices, defects, and quality issues.
• Verify product counts, materials, and supplies.
• Assist with machine changeovers and production line setup.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow OSHA, safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and every other weekend.
• 1+ year of manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
• Machine operation or automated equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours.
• Basic reading and writing skills required.
