Join our team as a Chemical Engineerr, where you will drive meaningful improvements across Rodent Control and Insect Control product portfolios. In this lead-level role, you will apply Lean, Six Sigma, statistical methods, and chemical engineering expertise to improve safety, reduce costs, increase throughput, and strengthen long‑term process reliability across regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, remove bottlenecks, improve throughput, lower costs, and enhance safety across production operations.
  • Analyze manufacturing processes using Lean, Six Sigma, statistical tools, and chemical engineering principles to identify and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Develop, scale, and refine chemical process improvements to support robust, efficient, and compliant manufacturing performance.
  • Lead root‑cause investigations related to quality deviations, process issues, and equipment failures, recommending corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide advanced technical support for new equipment selection, trials, commissioning, and process implementation.
  • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and EHS teams to support product integrity, audits, inspections, and safe production practices.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment.
  • Experience applying Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools and data‑driven process improvement methods is a plus.
  • Experience in pesticides, specialty chemicals, regulated manufacturing, or similar production environments preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% to support improvement initiatives across two locations.
