Our client, Healthcare Service Center in Oakdale, MN, is seeking a EHS Specialist II to join their team. As a EHS Specialist II, you will be part of the Environmental, Health & Safety department supporting the site’s safety and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Build and implement the site’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program tailored to the facility’s needs
- Translate corporate EHS standards into site‑specific procedures and develop SOPs, work instructions, and documentation
- Create engaging training materials and conduct employee training sessions to promote safety awareness
- Monitor compliance and evaluate program performance to ensure continuous improvement
- Help establish and refine EHS systems and processes for the facility’s safety and environmental management
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related scientific field
- Approximately 3–5 years of hands‑on EHS experience with a proven track record in program development and implementation
- Experience in writing procedures, documentation, and delivering training programs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% and work onsite initially with potential for hybrid flexibility
