Shift and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:30AM – 5:00PM (on-site, full‑time).
LocationOakdale, MN.
Compensation$25.00 – $27.00 per hour.
Compensation is determined by geographic location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

SummaryResponsible for conducting the analysis of comprehensive chemistry/biochemistry policies, programs, and practices; may assist in designing and developing robust, scalable formulations for small molecules and biologics for early‑stage clinical trials; may assist in developing and optimizing manufacturing processes for drug products; interprets analytical data to guide formulation and process development decisions.
Responsibilities- Provide routine analysis in support of testing materials, products, or devices using various analytical instrumentation; follow SOPs and methods to perform testing.
- Perform routine review, analysis, interpretation, and documentation of testing results.
- Analyze and review complex to specialized operations, results, feedback, and related chemistry/biochemistry/formulation information on an as‑needed basis to determine trends, draw conclusions, interpret findings, and present results, proposals, and recommendations to management and/or clients.
- Provide routine analysis, interpretation, and counsel to clients, staff, management, and functional leaders regarding chemistry/biochemistry policies, programs, and practices; lead implementation and change initiatives.
- Participate in chemistry/biochemistry/formulation or cross‑functional projects, including budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other requirements; present information to management and/or clients.
- Run analytical methods using instruments such as HPLC and dissolution.
- Ensure all activities adhere to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and GMP standards.
- Contribute to department efficiency and effectiveness by offering suggestions and actively participating in team duties.
- Promote and support Pace Analytical’s mission by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior with customers and staff; foster a harmonious workplace environment.
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or a closely related field. 2–5 years of experience in specialized or technical programs or operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Mobility to work in a lab and office setting; use standard office and lab equipment; stamina to sit for extended periods; occasionally lift up to 20pounds and frequently up to 10pounds to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects; vision to read printed materials and computer screens; hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
Working EnvironmentWork performed in a lab and office setting; exposure to chemicals, fumes, gases, noxious odors, and related items.
